Fire-control radar on the SA-11 launcher
The radar at the front of the rotating turret on each SA-11 launcher (TELAR 9A310): a pulse-Doppler radar that can search, track and illuminate targets on its own for the semi-active missiles. Each launcher can therefore fire without the battalion radar. On the SA-17 and SA-27 this function was developed further.
